New Delhi [India], July 11: If you’ve been waiting for your home loan EMI to come down again, you’ll have to wait a little longer. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has decided to keep the repo rate unchanged at 5.25% in its latest Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting. The move comes after the central bank reduced the policy rate by a cumulative 125 basis points since February 2025, bringing it down from 6.50% to 5.25%.
