Aditya Om prefers characters with versatile and diverse acting

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], December 03: Coming from the Telugu film industry Aditya Om is now going ahead with his career in Bollywood. Starred in almost 25 films in Telugu and directed also, Aditya Om has also directed Maasaab, which has got appreciation by critics and audience. With the astonishing performance in the films like Bandook and Alif, Aditya Om has made a special place in the hearts of the film critics and the audience. Actor Aditya Om prefers characters with versatile and diverse acting.

Aditya Om will soon be seen as a Dalit leader in the forthcoming Hindi feature film Quota, the reservation. The trailer of the film has just been released and is creating waves all over the internet. This will be Aditya Om’s third Hindi film after the critically acclaimed films like Bandook and Alif. Quota is written and directed by Sanjivv Jaiiswwal, who earlier made Shudra and Pranam.

Aditya Om, an actor, writer, director, and social activist, has earned a name for himself in the world with short films including “Mr. Lonely Miss Lovely,” “Maya Mobile,” and “Meri Maa ke liye.” Aditya Om’s English feature film “The Dead End,” which he wrote and directed, has won numerous accolades at International film festivals.

Aditya Om says that audiences are ready for this kind of edgier and socially sensitive content which is reflected in the success of films like Jai Bhim.

Aditya Om, who is a well-known actor in Telugu films, says he chooses his roles in Hindi depending on the substance and content and is not in a hurry to be seen in every project. Aditya Om is too picky about his choice. Aditya Om believes that now the era of realistic cinema has begun where the audience connects with the story and the character of the film.

Quota also stars Anirudh Dave and Garima Kapoor. It will soon be released on major OTT platforms.
